We started with two orders of the Devils at Horsetooth, an appetizer featuring bacon-wrapped dates. These bite-sized delights were nothing short of perfection—sweet, savory, and smoky all at once. The bacon was crispy and complemented the natural sweetness of the dates beautifully. A definite 10/10 and a dish we highly recommend for anyone visiting Ace Gillett’s.
Main Courses: Elk Burger and Ruben with Tots
For our entrees, we chose the Elk Burger and the Ruben. Both dishes were expertly prepared and packed with flavor:
